Absolutely! Include a prepaid return label with your shipment and once we wrap the shoot we’ll gladly package everything up with care and send back. In the event you do not require products to be returned we will dispose of them in the way of your choosing.
Our current turnaround time is two weeks from the scheduled shoot date. However, we’ll be sure to give a custom quote at the start of each project depending on breath of work, individual needs and current capacity of the studio. Need it yesterday? Expedited services available subject to studio availability.
The lawyers will probably want something like perpetual, irrevocable worldwide copyright… Here’s the deal. Simply put the photos are yours, forever, to do whatever your heart desires. Punchbowl retains copyright for use in marketing, socials and proper display on the studio refrigerator.
We’ll have everything lined out for you before the shooting process begins keeping everything crystal clear. All packages include access to all in-studio props. Clients may send additional props or let us take care of that for a nominal additional cost.
Shipping delay? Supply chain issues? We get it, you can reschedule one time by emailing us no less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time. We’ll do what we can to get you sorted out with as little delay as possible.
Punchbowl does not offer refunds. We’re here to make it right if you don’t love the final product. If we didn’t nail it let us know, no hard feelings. We’ve been doing this a long while now and you won’t hurt our feelings. We’re professionals and we’ll make it right.
